Utilities12 tools

Age, date, EMI, GST and percentage calculators, QR codes, unit conversion, an IP lookup and a speed test, for tasks that don't deserve their own app.

Developer11 tools

JSON formatting, regex testing, hashes, Base64 and URL encoding, timestamps and an API monitor: the small utilities that come up mid-debug.

Security4 tools

Check how strong a password is or generate a new one, entirely in your browser, and add or remove a PDF password.

Automation1 tool

Jobs that run on a schedule, like WishFlow, which sends your team's birthday and work-anniversary emails on the right day.

Sharing1 tool

Send a file without leaving a readable copy behind. It's encrypted in your browser and the key travels in the link, never reaching us.

Where your files go

Wrklyst is built so the default is your own device. When a tool does need to send your file somewhere, its page says so before you add one.

In your browser
Most tools, including merging, compressing and editing PDFs and the writing and image tools. Code on the page reads the file, and it's never sent anywhere.
On our server, then deleted
Split, PDF/A and PDF to HTML need a short server step. The file you send is deleted as soon as it's processed, and the result is kept only long enough to download.
Uploaded only when you share
Sharing from the PDF editor uploads the document for 24 hours. File transfer encrypts files in your browser first, and the key stays in the link, out of our reach.

Yes — every tool is free today, with no usage caps or hidden tiers. A Pro plan is being considered for the future, but the free tools stay free regardless of what happens with that.
