1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wrklyst, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. Your continued use of Wrklyst constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. User Data & Privacy

• •Most tools process entirely in your browser — those files are never sent to our servers
• •The few PDF tools that do use a server encrypt data in transit via HTTPS and delete the file immediately after processing
• •Sharing a PDF or sending a File Transfer stores that file until its link expires — 24 hours and 72 hours respectively — or until you revoke it
• •File Transfer files are encrypted in your browser before upload; we never receive the key and cannot read them
• •Never sold to third parties

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

Wrklyst is provided 'AS-IS' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Use at your own risk.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wrklyst shall not be liable for any damages (including loss of data, revenue, or profits) resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we've been notified of such damages.

5. User Responsibilities

• •You are responsible for all content you upload, process, or share by link
• •You must have the legal right to process such content, and to distribute anything you share a link to
• •You agree not to violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights
• •You must not upload or share malware, viruses, or malicious content. Because File Transfer files are encrypted before they reach us, we cannot scan them — enforcement depends on you, and on reports
• •You must not use share links or File Transfer to distribute content you do not have the right to distribute, or to circumvent any storage limit
• •You must not attempt to hack or reverse-engineer our services

6. Hosted Files & Takedown

Share links and File Transfer host your file for a limited period. Every upload is tied to a signed-in account, and we will suspend accounts used to distribute illegal material. If you believe a link points to content that infringes your rights or breaks the law, email [email protected] with the link and we will investigate and remove it. Note that File Transfer files are encrypted in a way we cannot read, so we rely on reports rather than inspection — we can delete a transfer and act on the account behind it, but we cannot tell you what it contained. Links expire on their own regardless.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Wrklyst (logos, design, code, etc.) is owned by Wrklyst Inc. and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without permission.
